Location:  Anywhere in India

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and hands-on Quality assurance professional to act as a
Quality Assurance Manager within our Content Competency. This role will lead QA strategy, QA day-
to-day activities, and reporting for individual accounts and workstreams. 
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Be the single point of contact for all QA matters of assigned accounts/workstreams. 
ï‚· Create QA strategy document for each project, derived from the base template
ï‚· Create effort and resource estimations at the presales stage. 
ï‚· Ensure resource fulfillment during the execution phase.
ï‚· Participate in kick-off, Quality Plan, RCA, project review, and project huddle meetings.
ï‚· Ensure the project has all QA artifacts in place and updated on defined intervals.
ï‚· Project quality reporting & dashboards.
ï‚· Hands-on involvement in testing and audits of project deliverables 
ï‚· Maintain data of projects, team, and self.
ï‚· Coach and mentor team.
ï‚· Validate documents at each testing stage (Handover document, self-review sign-offs and logs).
ï‚· Share bug reports with the development team.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
ï‚· At least 6+ years of relevant experience in eLearning.
ï‚· Should have set up and led projects in the past.
ï‚· Ability to track, report, and present quality data.
ï‚· Preferably trained in LEAN.
ï‚· Well versed with industry standards: SCORM, CC, LTI
ï‚· Well versed with Off-The-Shelf authoring tools such as Articulate, and Lectora
ï‚· Well versed with industry-standard LMSs in K12, HE, and Corp  
ï‚· Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams.
ï‚· Must be highly organized, proactive, detail and deadline-oriented 
ï‚· Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Ability to establish trust and credibility to build supportive relationships
ï‚· Proven ability to identify and solve problems independently
ï‚· Ability to build training material for Quality and train across relevant audiences. 
ï‚· Understand client requirements and translate them into test cases, quality plans, test plans, etc.

ï‚· Understand testing platforms, tools, etc. to provide solutions around challenges and proactive
measures of risks involved. 
ï‚· Ability to interact with clients as well as internal stakeholders and ask the right questions.
ï‚· Ability to understand client requirements and share correct inputs to clients accordingly.
ï‚· Ability to create formats as per ask using MS Office.
ï‚· Ability to effectively allocate tasks and utilize the team optimally.
ï‚· Ability to perform content testing.
ï‚· Manage cross-functional interactions.
