Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented InDesign Paginator to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe InDesign and a passion for producing high-quality print and digital materials. You will play a crucial role in the layout and formatting of various publications, ensuring that all materials are visually appealing and adhere to our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design layouts for books, magazines, and other printed materials using Adobe InDesign.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure all text, images, and graphics are properly formatted and placed within the layout.
• Review and proofread layouts for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare final files for print production, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Maintain an organized file system for project assets and archives.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to enhance our publications.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in pagination and layout design, preferably in a publishing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Familiarity with print production processes is a plus.
