Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced InDesign Pagination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the pagination of various publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of graphic design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe InDesign to layout and paginate print and digital publications.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive visual presentation.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Review and proofread layouts for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Update and modify existing designs based on feedback and revisions.
• Prepare files for print production, including preflight checks and final file delivery.
• Maintain organized project files and document changes for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software updates related to InDesign.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in pagination using Adobe InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pagination and layout work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
