Role Objective

As a Junior Python Developer, you will be part of our engineering team building scalable back-end components and data-centric applications. You will work closely with senior architects to develop, test, and maintain software that powers our AI and content transformation engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coding & Development: Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code to build back-end services and data pipelines.

  • Data Processing: Help develop scripts for data extraction (Web Scraping), transformation (ETL), and loading using libraries like Pandas and BeautifulSoup.

  • API Integration: Support the integration of third-party web services and internal AI models into our core platforms.

  • Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and debug programs to ensure high-quality, bug-free delivery.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, UI/UX designers) to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for the code and systems developed.

Technical Skills Required

  • Core Python: Strong grasp of Python fundamentals (Data Types, Loops, Functions, and OOPs concepts).

  • Web Frameworks: Basic knowledge of at least one framework like Django or Flask.

  • Data Libraries: Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Requests.

  • Databases: Basic understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

  • Version Control: Basic experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

  • Web Scraping (Plus): Hands-on experience with Selenium or Scrapy is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Problem Solving: A logical mindset to tackle complex data and logic challenges.

  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
