Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment processes. The role involves developing hiring strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across various departments.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and business goals.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.).

  • Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for leadership.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and ensure high performance.

  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with employer branding initiatives.

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR-related fields (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
