Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment processes. The role involves developing hiring strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle across various departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and business goals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Lead employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for leadership.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and ensure high performance.
Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (5-8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Strategic thinking with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with employer branding initiatives.
Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR-related fields (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
